At Shieldora, we understand that you want your car care essentials delivered as fast as a professional pit stop. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
1. Shipping Zones & Charges

Pan-India Delivery: We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes across India.

Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Small Orders: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Order Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) are usually dispatched on the same day.

Dispatch Time: All orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Liquid Products: Please note that specialized car cleaning chemicals and polishes are shipped via Surface Transport as per Indian safety regulations for liquids.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, your Shieldora products will typically reach you within:

Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days.

Remote Areas (North East, J&K): 7 to 10 business days.
Note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume sale periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD services for most pin codes in India.

A nominal COD handling fee may apply, which will be visible on the checkout page.

Please ensure you are available to receive the call from our delivery partner for seamless delivery.
6. Damaged Shipments
We take extra care in packaging our SiO2-infused formulas to prevent leakage. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or leaking:

Do not accept the delivery if the outer box is heavily damaged.

7. Incorrect Address / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, phone number, or repeated unavailability of the customer, we will attempt to reach you.
